Got a light breakfast included. The place had a welcoming atmosphere. Location: the hotel was near wineries, restaurants and other attractions, a private vineyard with incredible views and numerous personal touches and the peninsula and vineyards. Dessert restaurant Cold Rock located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, with staff attending to my every need. the private facilities were exclusive and the room advantages were outstanding. I especially loved the outdoor dining area, which provided a stunning view of the garden area.
The only minor issue was the noise from the motor outside my bedroom, which woke me up in the middle of the night when water was being used. this was a very small inconvenience in comparison to the overall luxurious experience.

We recently had a lovely romantic escape in the Mornington Peninsula and stayed in a beautiful B&B. The stunning views from the room overlooking the vineyard were just breathtaking. Additionally, the pantry was full of delicious snacks and local produce, and the pool was immaculate and perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The key location was also superb, close to many wineries and restaurants.
We did find the sheets on the bed quite harsh and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was some confusion with the check-out time, which caused a bit of stress on the day of our departure. Despite these small issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway.

The breakfast supplies were well stocked in our room. We loved the fresh fruit and cheese, and the view was just outstanding. We also enjoyed the privacy of the location and the bath and shower products provided were top, notch. We couldn't stop taking photos of the scenery and even saw some wildlife during our romantic getaway. It was a perfect spot to explore the nearby beaches, wineries and parks , all within easy driving distance.
The check, in process was a letdown. Our room was not ready until 4pm, and we had to wait around for 1 hour.

The breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Parking was also a breeze, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
Can't fault anything about this hotel - it truly exceeded our expectations!

Our stay at Frogs Pond was absolutely amazing. The property is stunning, with beautiful gardens and a breathtaking pool. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Tanya's attention to detail was impeccable. We had a wonderful adults getaway with all the trimmings. The only minor downside was the patchy internet, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. I highly recommend Frogs Pond for a relaxing and luxurious stay.
